"Good weather is finally here and for those who are able, it's time to start using our legs again. The Saint Clement Environmental Committee and Human Concerns Commission have set aside Sunday, June 14 as a day to get to church without our usual dependence on our cars. We will have activities on the plaza, including City of Chicago Bike Ambassadors who will lead discussions about bicycle safety for adults and children, do safety inspections of bicycles (they will bring pumps for your tires) and distribute safety materials. There will be plenty of space to park your bikes. So dust off those bikes, put on your helmet, get out your CTA card or put on your walking shoes and come to Mass in a different way. We need a few volunteers for this event—if you are interested in helping out, please email Sarah Flosi."
