Donate to Working Bikes | Working Bikes

Working Bikes needs bicycles, parts, and tools. We accept any style, shape, or condition bicycle. If you have a bicycle that is going unused then we need it.

Large Donations:

If you have at least five bikes contact us to see if we can schedule a pickup. We are a volunteer organization so please be patient.

Smaller Donations:

We prefer that you bring the bicycles to our warehouse but also have many drop-off locations throughout the Chicagoland area.

If you wish to take your bike to a drop-off location, or to the store or warehouse outside of normal buisness hours, please be sure to schedule a time with the contact of that drop-off.

Financial Donations:

Working Bikes also graciously accepts any monetry gift you wish to make ...

Please send email to donations@workingbikes.org or stop by our Western Avenue location in person. All donations are tax-deductible as the Working Bikes Cooperative is a not-for-profit tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization, tax ID #54-2138339, in accordance with IRS standards.

If you would like to make a gift in someone's honor, we will send them a thank you letter, a WB magnet and WB stickers. You will also receive a thank you letter and receipt for your tax purposes.
