We managed to get a container this (past) weekend and 25 brave volunteers filled it in the pouring rain! Visit Raul's Picasa Web Album to see how wet everybody got!
We packed 320 26" mountain bikes, 93 24" mountain bikes and 139 20" kid's bikes. This adds up to 552 bikes. We also loaded about 80 boxes of books.
The bikes are going to the Vijana Center (formerly the Tumaini Vocational Center) in Arusha, Tanzania with our partners the Global Alliance for Africa.
