Help prepare bikes for international shipment ... We will gather and prepare bikes for International Donation from 5:45pm until 9:00pm. Volunteers can come for any part of this time that works for you. Experience not required. We'll be moving, sorting, and loading bikes, wheels, and spare parts. You need not to bring work gloves, we will provide them. A delicious dinner will also be provided, subject to what Raul feels like eating, pizza, tacos or ceviche. Contact: Raul Gonzales | ||

Despite the chilly weather, a brave group of volunteers showed up to help load the container with 516 bikes, 436 adult MTbs and 80 20" BMXs, and a good supply of spare parts! We plan to load another container with bikes for the Vijana Vocational Center in Arusah Tanzania on Saturday, December 5th, from 10am to 3pm at 2434 S. Western Avenue. | ||

We 'sold' 100-150 small bikes to local families during this event, lots of smiling faces! Just in time for the holidays: we're selling small children's bikes (3-7 years old) for $2! | ||
