Working Bikes Cooperative 2008 Annual Meeting will be at 1401 W. Wabansia on November 13th. Doors open at 6 PM. for dinner and mingling. Wabansia is two blocks North of Stanley's. Everyone is invited. Please disregard a previous announcement which mentioned Western as the meeting site. Kevin Simmons offered his performance space for the our historic event. | ||

We managed to load 514 bikes, one unicycle and many, many parts into the container that blocked one lane of Western Avenue between 10:00am and 2:30pm on a blustery Saturday, when the rain & snow (thankfully) held off.
