Lakeshore Drive is open to cyclists from 5:30am with cars returning at around 10:30am. The post-ride festival is from 8am until noon at Butler Field in Grant Park.

The Global Alliance for Africa is holding a bike drive on the Kenilworth side of Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School at 325 N. Kenilworth Avenue in Oak Park.

Saturday we start at the Western warehouse at 11 AM. We will loosely load a rental truck with mountain bikes.
They will then be taken to 1401 W. Waubansia at 2 PM where we will start loading the actual container. We will load until people decide they have done enough for one day.
We will return to Waubansia on Sunday at 10 AM and continue loading the container until we've had enough for one day.

We will open the doors to the very secret and highly regarded Working Bikes Innovations Laboratory at 1401 W. Wabansia from 6:30am till 8am.

Anyone is invited to stop by this unofficial "Bike to Work Week" Bicycle Commuter Station and re-energize with complementary snacks. We will also try to provide a pump to fill your tires to recommended pressure.

The University of Chicago Environmental Law Society and the Civic Knowledge Project will be co-hosting a bike drive in Hyde Park in june on Thursday the 12th.

Drop of bikes at the law school (60th/Woodlawn) parking lot and Pierce Hall parking lot (55th/University) any time between 8am & 4pm - 1111 East 60th Street.
