Working Bikes will be participating in the 7th annual Bike Rodeo, sponsored by the Warrenville Park District and City of Warrenville. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, May 19 from 9:00am until noon - at the Warrenville City Hall, in the Parking Lot Complex. Last year we collected 12 bikes, but the year before we got over 75 from this event! Contact: Tom Rowe 630/393-7279 extension 30. Start: 5:00 pm

James Hanley and Eagle Scout troop 1615 in Oak Lawn is holding a bike collection for Working Bikes ... The event will take place at St. Linus Church (Saint Linus Parish, 10300 S. Lawler Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453), with bikes being collected at the west side of the rectory by the garages, after all masses on the weekend of May 19th-20th, from 5:00pm - 6:00pm on Saturday May 19th and from 8:30am - 2:00pm on Sunday May 20th. If people are unable to take bikes along to the collection on these days, James can arrange pick-ups or drop-off at other times up until June 3rd - please contact him at jhaney5304@gmail.com to make the arrangements.
